Follow Up Boss is a CRM and prices accordingly. The figures below are for context, not for direct substitution. If you want full lead-lifecycle management, you need a CRM. If you also want a real open-house workflow, AM Open House is the right addition, not a replacement.
The Brokerage tier of AM Open House at $299 per month often runs alongside an existing CRM contract. Combined cost still tends to land below per-agent open-house tools above the twelve-agent line.
