WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES AM OPEN HOUSE COLLECT?
AM Open House collects and stores any information you enter in the Application, or website, or provide to AM Open House in any other way. The primary type of personal information AM Open House collects from you is:
Contact Information – your name, email address, telephone number, company name(s), and company address(es)
HOW DOES AM OPEN HOUSE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The primary reasons AM Open House collects personal information are to:
(1) validate and authenticate your identity,
(2) provide products and services that you have requested,
(3) promote products and services to you,
(4) contact you regarding your use of the Application, or website, such as surveys and other research methods,
(5) to contact you by email regarding account status, changes to any account agreement, and/or to confirm account registration. In addition, if you provide your email address or other contact information in connection with a request for product information, AM Open House, an advertiser, affiliate, partner and/or other third party or parties, as applicable, may use that information to contact you,
(6) to improve your user experience and/or to measure interest in various areas of the Application, or website
(8) to facilitate site administration, analysis, research, reporting, development, optimization and other internal purposes, including, without limitation, to compile usage data and information.
WHAT OTHER INFORMATION DOES AM Open House COLLECT?
To use certain features of the Application, you will need to submit certain information of your customers, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and real estate preferences (“Customer Data”). AM Open House will not steal, market, sell, or share with any other party your Customer Information, unless required to by law or regulation. Your Customer Information is kept confidential. Only authorized AM Open House personnel have access to view Customer Information for customer service and abuse-monitoring purposes.
WHEN DOES AM OPEN HOUSE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?
AM Open House may provide your personal information to third parties under the following circumstances:
AM Open House employs other companies and people to perform tasks on its behalf and needs to share your information with them to provide products or services you request. Unless AM Open House tells you differently, AM Open House’s agents do not have the right to use your personal information or Customer Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist AM Open House. By using the Application, or website, you hereby consent to AM Open House’s sharing of information for the above purposes.
AM Open House may also provide your personal information or Customer Information to a buyer of AM Open House’s business or assets.
WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?
You may request deletion of your AM Open House account by sending an email requesting account deletion to [email protected] Please note that some information may remain in AM Open House’s records after deletion of your account.
You may also opt-out of receiving commercial emails from AM Open House by following the opt-out instructions included in every commercial email AM Open House may send. You may also opt-out by sending a written request to [email protected]
You may unsubscribe to the service at anytime using the settings tab on the website. Upon successful unsubscription, your account will immediately become inactive and the Application, or website, may stop working within 24 hours.
HOW DO I UPDATE OR CORRECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you need to update or correct any information you previously submitted to AM Open House, please change your information using the settings tab on the Application, or website.
HOW DOES AM OPEN HOUSE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Access to your AM Open House account is unique to the username and password for which you originally downloaded the Application and created your account. If another device should be used, please make sure all credentials remain the same to ensure no errors in parsing the information to a new device. It is important that you ensure there is no unauthorized access to or use of your device on which you have installed and created an account for AM Open House in order to prevent unwanted access to your account, including your personal information and Customer Information. Accordingly, AM Open House cannot guarantee the security of your account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of your personal information and Customer Information at any time.
HOW DOES AM OPEN HOUSE STORE AND RECEIVE DATA FROM USERS?
AM Open House uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, and related technology to support the Application, or website and its related services. AM Open House restricts access to your personal information and Customer Information only to those AM Open House employees, affiliates or partners who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
AM Open House also takes special steps to protect your information via transmission over the internet by using a secure web server, which allows the Application, or website, to interact with AM Open House’s web server via encrypted sessions. AM Open House employs an industry standard encrypted connection between your device running the Application and AM Open Houses’s web server. Though AM Open House uses industry standard encryption to protect your information, failure or error in encryption and interception by third parties remain possible, and by submitting information to AM Open House you assume the risks of these and other unintended consequences.
